General Information
Training fees do not include any reassessment should a trainee be marked Not Achieved on the day.
This qualification is registered with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA).
Cancellation, Transfer, and Non-Attendance
Once your booking has been confirmed by NGTC 2018 Ltd, no refund will be provided for cancellations or non-attendance.
Where NGTC agrees to transfer a participant to an alternative date, a transfer fee and/or recovery of catering costs may apply.
Participant substitutions are accepted at no charge, provided the change is notified prior to the commencement of the workshop.
Payment Terms
Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to the workshop date.
If your Accounts Department requires a Purchase Order, this must be supplied at the time of booking.
Payment is to be made via internet banking using the bank details provided on your invoice. Please include the participant’s name and invoice number as references.
Failure to make payment may result in a hold being placed on the release of your qualification.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. A copy of these terms can be requested by emailing enquiries@ngtc.co.nz
All costs associated with the recovery of overdue accounts—including, but not limited to, debt collection fees (up to 40.35%), late payment penalties, and legal costs—may be added to the outstanding balance
Booking and Delivery Disclaimer
NGTC 2018 Ltd acts as a booking agent for selected external training providers. While your booking and payment are managed through NGTC, the actual delivery of the training course may be carried out by an approved third-party provider. Course delivery, content are the responsibility of that provider.
NGTC will manage all booking communication, confirmation, certification and follow-up documentation on your behalf. All fees charged by NGTC include course fees, registration, administrative and coordination costs.
By confirming this booking, you acknowledge and accept that NGTC is acting as an agent and not the direct training provider for this course.
